Great product!Jan 24, 2008 I am very, very happy with this product. I didn't want to review it until it actually rained, and now that it has, this threshold has really done its job. It's fairly simple to install, but I agree with another reviewer to have an extra tube of liquid nails or other weatherproof adhesive. This will ensure that you have plenty of glue. I'm so glad to be rid of the puddles (and occasional earthworms that wash up in the rain) that would happen with each storm. This threshold is well-made and durable.

Storm Shield Garage Door ThresholdDec 21, 2007 The storm shield garage door threshold works as advertised. It stopped the problem I was having when it rained. I recommend this product highly. It is very easy to install and the instructions are easy to follow. Thanks

Storm Shield Worked GreatFeb 24, 2007 I bought this a few weeks ago and installed it. I had to make a few adjustments to my garage door because it kept going back up thinking something was in the driveway. But after that we had a big storm and all the water stayed out of the garage; no more puddles in the garage.

16' Storm Shield ReviewFeb 19, 2007 I purchased this Storm Shield threshhold several months ago. I did read other reviews and followed some advice. I bought a tube of liquid nails construction adhesive to make sure I would have plenty. Once you start installing the threshold, you don't want to run short of adhesive. I also prefit the threshold on the floor and marked the outside edge with a pencil. I then placed masking tape on the outside mark. After installing the product I ran a small bead of clear silicone along the tape, where it met the threshold. After it dried I ran a razor knife along the tape and removed it. This made a nice looking job with easy cleanup. To make a long story short, installation was easy and the threshold has worked great. No more snow or water puddles under my door. I highly recommend this if your floor has any of these problems. It also helps if you have a heated garage to keep out drafts!

Storm Shield Works!Aug 31, 2005 I installed 16' Storm Shield Garage Door Thresholds recently, and they work extremely well. We have experienced several heavy rains and the leakage was nil. No more puddles and clean up required. The product was easy to install, and performs very well. I recommend it highly.
